Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow tracking to update within 24-48 hours.
Domestic Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather or courier delays. Conceald.it is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue shipments.
Restricted Countries
Some countries may restrict cosmetic ingredients or paramedical products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local import regulations. We are not liable for parcels returned due to customs refusal.
Order Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Conceald.it is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the courier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or claim with the courier.
Returns on Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for unclaimed packages, incorrect addresses, or refused customs.
